Must remember that my dreams are not reality.

Writer's Block: Object of my affection

You may have heard about the woman who married the Eiffel Tower. If you had to marry an object, what object would you choose, and why?

My laptop. There is no object in the world quite as amazing as my laptop. It holds my life in numerous files.

Writer's Block: Your Username

Why did you choose your user name? Is there any special meaning or story behind it?
At the time, I was on a totally craze about yaoi and basic slash (in particular brendon urie and ryan ross). I sort of regret it now, but it will always remind me of all the funny fanfics about the panic at the disco crew and anime/manga craze.

Writer's Block: Your Username

Why did you choose your user name? Is there any special meaning or story behind it?

 Actually, funnily enough, there is.

I was just randomly sitting about when my friend Kirsti started talking about LJ and how absolutely amazing it was, telling me that I should get an account for probably the millionth time that month.

Anyway, not long after getting out of school, I was reading a fanfic when I started posting comments to the author, randomly dictating how life can be so unfair sometimes. Then, they started on about LJ, and I thought, 'I shall make and account!'. In the story at the time, I was reading a line with the words, 'gently hold him' and I thought, 'I'll use that. It's not like I can think of anything else at this time in the morning (about 3 am I believe).

...Not as interesting as I thought, but still!

Writer's Block: Feeling Better

What makes you feel better when you're mad?
For me, it's usually listening to music, writing lyrics or, recently, talking to people randomly on either LJ, Deviantart or Fanfiction.

Just talking to others and knowing they're writing a post that is bound to make me laugh just seems to cheer me up so easily.

Writer's Block: Six-Word Story

Hemingway was once challenged to write a story in only six words. His response? “For sale: baby shoes, never worn.” He is believed to have called it his greatest literary work ever. Can you write a story in six words?
Born. Grew. Loved. Lost. Aged. Died.

...and my second entry is...

"Bob, put that gun down now...!"

I love cliffhangers!

...well, not really. But does anyone else here think that maybe this guy was a bit tipsy when he started telling people his own story?
